Software Engineer (Go)

Job description

Bare-metal team develops a Container Cloud subsystem that manages physical servers hardware and the operating system to ensure that they are optimized to run Mirantis Kubernetes Engine and any Kubernetes applications in the most reliable, robust and user-friendly way.

We are looking for talented and inquisitive engineers, who strive to provide the best clustered storage experience to customers. You will be working internally with our product development, cloud operations and engineering teams to define enhancements and automations to our products and get the thing done!

Qualifications

• Practical experience as a Go developer (3+ years).
• Practical experience with Docker or Kubernetes (3+ years).
• System engineer background and experience.
• Ready for on-call shifts duty.

Will be a plus:

• Worked with hardware, servers, datacenter management systems.
• Practical experience with configuration management and deployment tools (Ansible).
• Practical experience of production system operations.
• Contributing to open-source software projects or otherwise meaningful Github.
• Intermediate or higher knowledge level of English language.
