Responsibilities

• Set up and lead the local QA team.
• Develop test plan and document test cases for new features.
• Develop automation tests for new and existing features.
• Execute existing manual and automation test suites.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams distributed across multiple locations.
• Implement and enhance QA methodologies to ensure delivery of predictable, high-quality product releases.
• Guide the design and development of testing strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA lead/manager or relevant role.
• 3+ years in leading testing team(s).
• Experience with both manual and automation testing environments.
• Strong tech skills (Linux, shell scripting, etc.).
• Deep understanding of SQA methodologies and practices.
• Good communication skills.
• Great attention to detail and a results driven approach.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• BSc/BA in computer science or relevant field.
