Paxful is searching for a Senior Recruiter to join our People Team. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be charged with identifying and hiring top talent to grow our organization, with the main focus being on IT engineering and technical roles in Russia. You will work with hiring managers to create strong hiring strategies while executing with speed and precision. We're looking for someone who excels in collaboration, building and enacting creative sourcing strategies, and full lifecycle recruiting.
