Our Client is a US multinational investment bank and financial services corporation. We're currently supporting the transformation and re-platforming of one of the client's strategic software solutions, with a focus on the implementation of fresh regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Development and delivering frontend application components in time and with high-quiality.
- Participating in architecture design.
- Proactive involvement in the global development process, contributing to common knowledge base and suggesting process improvements.
- Stay abreast of the new developments in technology — tools/frameworks/approaches/etc.
Skills
Must have:
- Strong knowledge and experience in the full life-cycle of software development processes including data analysis, architecture design, coding, and testing.
- Fundamental knowledge of JavaScript and all the magic the browser does inside.
- Upper-intermediate English.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Angular.
- Familiarity with build tools such as Maven.
- Familiarity with continuous integration.
- Understanding of REST and its best practices.
- Understanding cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
