Looking for a senior low-level frontend/graphics engineer to join their graphics team, which is making the spreadsheet look smooth and responsive.
In Bricks, they are building next-generation spreadsheet software. They are looking for a Graphics Engineer to build beautiful massive data visualization/interaction software together with them. The type of work is very similar to building a game engine or a CAD engine. In fact, 2 members of their team did exactly that before joining Bricks.
You will work together with several likely-minded team members who also used to build the types of projects described above. More importantly, they are great, friendly people to work with. The company's CEO is a Standford alumnus with experience in building a 2bln$ company.
Ideally you
- Worked with web, desktop, or mobile graphics APIs in production (e.g. WebGL/OpenGL, DirectX, Metal/Vulcan).
- Have experience with either TypeScript, C++, or both.
- Have good CS fundamentals.
- Care about building fast, beautiful user-facing software.
- You love the craft as they do.
Company offers
Other than a competitive monthly salary and a distributed team, they can offer an option package of the amount of 0.15-0.3% of the total company's worth.
