Citi launched Global Global Technology Hub in Russia to develop internal applications for
Corporate Banking Worldwide. They are hiring hundreds Senior Software Developers, DevOps,
Quality Assurance Engineers, Testing Engineers, and Business Analysts. Thus looking for a
Senior TA Partner to join Technology Recruitment team of Citibank.
Responsibilities
- Develop IT recruitment practice in the bank.
- Generate hires in the most complicated IT environment.
- Expected number of hires — 10 per month (Java, Python, C++, React, QA, DevOps, DevSecOps, iOS, Android, Data Science etc.).
- Managing stakeholders both local and global.
- Automation of recruitment process.
- Participation in different HR related activities (i.e. adaptation, C&B, learning, HR Branding, Diversity and Inclusion etc.).
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruitment experience in IT.
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills (Management Committee level, Regional and Global Business Heads).
- Fluent English both written and spoken.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Flexibility and ability to quickly learn.
