What you will be doing

• Monitor business and technical metrics.
• Implement new services and tools for the SRE/NOC.
• Ensure proper documentation is provided for all supported SRE activities and standards.
• Act as L2 infrastructure and application support.
• Work in close collaboration with Dev / DevOps / LiveOps teams.

Your expertise

• 3+ years' work experience as a DevOps / SRE engineer.
• Understanding of Business KPIs.
• Scripting experience (Python / Bash / Other).
• Hands-on experience with Clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Hands-on experience with Logging, Monitoring, and Management systems (e.g. AWS CloudWatch, Google StackDriver, SignalFX, DataDog, ELK, PagerDuty, etc.).
• English: B1+ / Intermediate.
• Knowledge of Russian will be an advantage.
• Good analytical skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
• Ability to make decisions and take on responsibility.
