About the team

The Business Logic Administration Team is responsible for the organization and team management, settings control, and license management. This team provides frictionless account management and control for account owners and administrators through the effective configuration of policies, onboarding, and navigation experience.

The team is working close to the end-users, and you will have a chance to influence the user experience, to get fast feedback about their work, and fill how the results of their work can make their customer’s life easier and more comfortable.

Each role at Miro is based at one of their physical hubs and they look for talent that wants to be part of these local, collaborative communities. Mironeers work in a hybrid model, with 3 days a week in office culture as their baseline.

About the role

They are looking for a Team Lead who will help them improve their customers’ experience in the organization and team management area. They expect you to be active in proposing and implementing improvements and new approaches. Also, they expect you to set up a new incredible high-level engineering team.

What will you do

• Building and leading the Business Logic Administration team (people management, hiring, process development, and interfacing with other teams).
• Guide and mentor team members for their professional and career growth.
• Develop a team plan to achieve quarterly OKRs on time and with excellent outcomes, closely collaborate with a product manager, designer, and other teams.
• Be a role model, technically strong to help your team develop and help when needed.
• Contribute to the product as a frontend engineer, designing tech solutions to ensure high performance and seamless user experience for board users….. In real time.
• Continue to contribute bug fixes and minor features without becoming a bottleneck for the team.

What you need

• 7+ years of experience with Javascript and modern front-end frameworks.
• 5+ years of system designing, coding, testing, and debugging commercial software.
• Experience with high load application.
• 3+ years of experience managing an engineering team, including hiring, personal development, performance management, delivery management.
