They are on the lookout for a Senior Front-end Developer to join their RAS Web Team, who is responsible for RAS web components which includes a full Remote Access web client and Administration Portal.
Responsibilities
- Be able to work on the front-end aspects of the application.
- Design of the overall architecture of the web components.
- Implementation of APIs.
- Code optimization with focus on performance and scalability.
- Awareness of security and data protection.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years work experience.
- Proficient understanding of JavaScript and Typescript, JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as Vue.js, React, Angular etc.
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and SASS.
- Experience in designing, implementing and using WebSockets and RESTful web services.
- Basic knowledge of Node.js.
- Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
- Ability to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git).
- Proficient understanding of tracking and project management tools (Jira/BitBucket/Confluence).
- Good time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Good level of written and spoken English.
Knowledge and actual experience in any of the following is a plus:
- Experience developing in Vue.js.
- Experience developing in TypeScript.
- Experience in Agile development.
