IT Recruiter

Key responsibilities

• Attract great talents for their team on different qualification levels, from university graduates up to TOP-managers (Software engineers, Data Scientists, QA, DevOps etc.).
• Develop a warm pool of qualified technical candidates in advance of the need by networking through industry contacts, associations, trade groups, social media, job boards, and referrals.
• Be a partner for the hiring managers at all stages of the recruitment process.
• Leading HR brand projects: achieve high visibility of Weigandt Consulting as a high-quality employer for IT experts and manage the reputation.
• Develop and maintain the relationship with partner companies and freelancers to source candidates for temporary positions.
• Participation in other HR projects.

Required

• Proven experience in IT Recruitment (2+ years).
• Strong background and proven experience in sourcing/recruiting IT professionals at various levels and technologies based on job orders.
• Ability to work independently to achieve targets.
• Strong English, both verbal and written.
• You are an excellent communicator and networker, with the ability to take initiative and build trust.
