Team Lead

As a Team Lead you’ll:

• Have full responsibility for the technical part of the product.
• Build and control the development, testing, and release processes.
• Create and supervise the technical roadmap of the team.
• Delegate and distribute responsibilities among technical team members.
• Configure work with main and additional systems (analytics, crash analysis, ‘features toggles’, etc.).
• Be able to turn business tasks into detailed technical requirements for the team and instructions for their implementation.
• Interview, evaluate, and onboard new technical team members (develop processes).
• Take care of the professional growth and development of technical team members (design a process).
• Make decisions about the need to implement technologies, frameworks, best practices.
• Prioritize tasks and ensure optimal delivery times for features to customers.
• Monitor the productivity of the development team, analyze in detail the reasons for successes and failures, draw conclusions from this.

What you will need in order to be successful

• You are a Senior developer (Mobile or Golang).
• You have experience leading a team of people.
• You have experience crafting robust, high-scale, distributed systems in production environments.
• You have experience in unit testing and integration testing.
• You understand classical algorithms and data structures.
• Use Docker/Kubernetes.
