As a Team Lead you’ll:
- Have full responsibility for the technical part of the product.
- Build and control the development, testing, and release processes.
- Create and supervise the technical roadmap of the team.
- Delegate and distribute responsibilities among technical team members.
- Configure work with main and additional systems (analytics, crash analysis, ‘features toggles’, etc.).
- Be able to turn business tasks into detailed technical requirements for the team and instructions for their implementation.
- Interview, evaluate, and onboard new technical team members (develop processes).
- Take care of the professional growth and development of technical team members (design a process).
- Make decisions about the need to implement technologies, frameworks, best practices.
- Prioritize tasks and ensure optimal delivery times for features to customers.
- Monitor the productivity of the development team, analyze in detail the reasons for successes and failures, draw conclusions from this.
What you will need in order to be successful
- You are a Senior developer (Mobile or Golang).
- You have experience leading a team of people.
- You have experience crafting robust, high-scale, distributed systems in production environments.
- You have experience in unit testing and integration testing.
- You understand classical algorithms and data structures.
- Use Docker/Kubernetes.
