Citi is launching 2 Global Innovation Labs in Russia to develop applications for Trading business and Client Onboarding function. Both Labs will be providing services for Citi Worldwide.
Main population of Innovation Labs are Senior Software Developers, DevOps, Quality Assurance Engineers, Testing Engineers, Business Analysts. So they are looking for skilled IT Talent Acquisition Partner to meet the above business demand.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own IT recruitment practice in the bank.
- Managing stakeholders both local and global.
- Workday HR system running.
- Participation in different HR related activities (i.e. adaptation, C&B, learning, HR Branding etc.).
- Represent HR function in the bank against all employees.
- Follow Citi's processes, procedures and values.
Requirements
- Recruitment experience in IT.
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills (Management Committee level and Regional and Global Business Heads).
- Upper intermediate+ level of English language knowledge both written and spoken.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Flexibility and ability to quickly learn.
