They are looking for a Build / Release / Environment automation engineer into a rapidly growing highly talented IT team in the Commodities business. By fostering engineering excellence, applying their vast experience and continuously looking for innovations they are determined to re-energize and enhance the bank's technology platform and IT applications that run electronic trading all over the world.
Responsibilities
- Build/Release pipeline management and automation for Commodities electronic trading system.
- Environment management and development environment support.
- Collaborate with a globally distributed team of developers, business analysts, quality assurance and support professionals.
- Take active part in evolving existing platform architecture and process optimization.
Mandatory skills
- Python programming experience.
- Experience with build and release tooling and its automation.
- Knowledge of Python packaging.
- Relevant education (BSc in Computer Science or other science field).
Nice to have:
- Solid understanding of application lifecycle and approaches for enterprise integration.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and fluent spoken English.
- Experience in working within a team distributed between onsite and offshore.
- Hands on experience in TDD and automated testing tools.
