They are looking for a Build / Release / Environment automation engineer into a rapidly growing highly talented IT team in the Commodities business. By fostering engineering excellence, applying their vast experience and continuously looking for innovations they are determined to re-energize and enhance the bank's technology platform and IT applications that run electronic trading all over the world.

Responsibilities

Build/Release pipeline management and automation for Commodities electronic trading system.
Environment management and development environment support.
Collaborate with a globally distributed team of developers, business analysts, quality assurance and support professionals.
Take active part in evolving existing platform architecture and process optimization.

Mandatory skills

Python programming experience.
Experience with build and release tooling and its automation.
Knowledge of Python packaging.
Relevant education (BSc in Computer Science or other science field).

Nice to have:

Solid understanding of application lifecycle and approaches for enterprise integration.
Excellent interpersonal skills and fluent spoken English.
Experience in working within a team distributed between onsite and offshore.
Hands on experience in TDD and automated testing tools.
