Responsibilities

• Implement new features, evolve existing ones, and fix bugs, with quality code.
• Help develop a long term strategy for the app, how it will evolve to accommodate future requirements.
• Write tests, unit, integration, and end-to-end, to increase shipping confidence.
• Work closely with their design team to express compelling user experiences in code.
• Work closely with their product team to understand use cases and help break them down into actionable items.

Requirements

• Experience developing apps with at least one major framework such as React (preferred), Angular, Vue, etc.
• Firm understanding of JavaScript language principles, event loop, language constructs, performance challenges.
• Excellent knowledge of CSS principles.
• Ability to make simple mockups to illustrate a point and drive a feature forward, a sense of what is good UX.
• Ability to write detailed specs when necessary, to set technical direction for any sized feature.
• English — from B2.
