Responsibilities

• Understand Flo’s mission, strategic and competitive position.
• Partner with content teams, understand their business goals and workflows and participate in developing new content strategies.
• Based on user research, feedback, current product analytics and feedback from other product directors create the vision and value for one of core user segments.
• Determine the monetization strategy for the user segment you will lead.
• Translate the vision into a concrete roadmap.
• Understand key metrics and use them in product decisions.
• Establish the way to regularly conduct user research, user studies, and product analysis into product requirements to further enhance user satisfaction and build-out value proposition.
• Create and maintain relevant documentation.
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management working with technology products for English speaking users.
• Track record of thoughtful, user-focused insights that have led to successful product launches.
• Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Very strong strategic and analytical acumen.
• Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a startup or other fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Medicine, Philosophy or Arts and preferably a Master’s degree in Business Administration or working experience in the respected consultancy company.
