Juro is a new kind of contract automation platform that enables legal teams to create, execute and monitor routine contracts fully in-browser and at scale.

They are on a mission to build the best product in the world. With 2 offices in London and Riga, their Riga-based Product, Design and Engineering team counts 10 amazing people and growing.

They are a very small team achieving big results consistently and rapidly — and so far, everyone who's joined since Juro's start in 2016 is still with them! In Riga, you're joining a team that encourages and values your contribution, creativity and drive to do better everyday. They are counting five engineers right now and are looking for new members to join them on their journey!

They're looking for their first-ever Product Manager in Riga! Reporting into their co-founder and CPO Pavel, you'll work with a cross-functional teams from Design, Engineering, Data as well as key company stakeholders to help us achieve organization growth goals supported by metrics. You will also partner with Marketing, Customer success and Sales teams to ensure continuous growth in adoption as well as value delivered through the platform.

Businesses runs on contracts. But it can take hundreds of steps across multiple tools just to get one contract safely agreed. This legacy way of working leads to bottlenecks in core business processes and makes Legal a blocker, rather than an enabler.

Legacy contract management tools make things worse. Built for handling static, offline files they don’t capture the data you need to make good decisions with contracts.

That’s why they founded Juro. Juro is an all-in-one contract automation platform that helps visionary legal counsel and the teams they enable to agree and manage contracts in one unified workspace.

What are you going to do

Ensure that they execute on the product vision by increasing adoption and engagement of the tools for agreement that we are building for our customers.
Define metrics & KPIs for the features that all teams build (all the business-related metrics).
Ensure that they frame and prioritize correctly the problems that their customers are facing.
Lead cross-functional marketing, content, and customer success campaigns to drive growth.
Partner with Engineering, Design, and other leaders across the company to foster a team culture of impact and performance.

This might be for you if

You have previous experience in launching consumerized b2b products in a start-up environment.
You have made decisions supported by quantitative data, as well as a strong business sense and ability to help inform strategic business decisions.
You have some marketing or distribution experience. You are familiar with product channel fit, generating sign-ups and generating buzz.
Have led cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful and timely delivery.
Have worked in a company with a strong product culture.

Bonus if

You have worked with designing, developing or supporting text editors and similar tools. We are using ProseMirror at Juro.
You have Webpack, Babel, MobX and Material-ui knowledge.
You have deep knowledge of automation frameworks, ability to write maintainable automated tests.
