IT Recruiter

The major tasks

• Sourcing, recruiting, screening, and evaluating applicants for IT positions.
• Preparing and posting job ads on job boards, social media, career web sites, and other possible channels.
• Reviewing the applications, create portfolio of possible candidates and keep track of all applications.
• Arrange and conduct on-site, phone and Skype interviews.
• Follow up with candidates. Arrange their arrival and initial visa support, on-boarding.

• Extensive IT recruitment experience (90% are IT vacancies).
• Excellent computer skills, understanding of the web technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Russian (you will need both languages daily) and great interpersonal skills.
• Time management, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Complete higher education.
