Business Technology Team is responsible for the development and implementation of IT solutions in the company's ecosystem to automate internal command processes, maintain consistency of data flows, support internal infrastructure (Salesforce, HubSpot, Customer.io, ZoomInfo, Zendesk, Admin panel).
Each role at Miro is based at one of their physical hubs and they look for talent that want to be part of these local, collaborative communities. Mironeers work in a hybrid model, with a 3 days a week in office culture as their baseline.
They’re looking for a Backend Engineer who will help them achieve ambitious goals and who will be ready to explore a full technology stack.
They expect you to have a strong software engineering experience, readiness to drive change and experiment in search of the best solution possible, understanding how to work with big loads and be able to scale it, and, most importantly, to bring real value to real users.
