We are a proprietary algorithmic trading firm. Our team manages the full trading cycle, from software development to creating and coding strategies and algorithms.

Our trading operations cover key exchanges. The firm trades across a broad range of asset classes, including equities, equity derivatives, options, commodity futures, rates futures, etc. We employ a diverse and growing array of algorithmic trading strategies, utilizing both HFT and MFT approaches.

We’ve got a team of 200+ professionals, with a strong emphasis on technology. Our employees are located all around the world, from the United States to Hong Kong. Although we maintain office spaces, we currently operate as a 100% remote organization.

Job Description

We're building an internal trading education track to get our employees up to speed on how trading actually works. We need someone to run it.

Your job is to turn a topic outline into clear sessions and deliver them on a regular schedule.

What You'll Own

• Session delivery — build teaching materials (slides, exercises, examples) from a topic outline provided by our team, and run regular sessions for employees across the company.
• Homework and pacing — set simple, spaced-out assignments so the material doesn't fall out of people's heads, and adjust pace and depth depending on who you're teaching.
• Progress tracking — keep a light record of who's covered what and how they're doing, and flag progress to the team.
• Iteration — refine materials based on what works, and suggest changes to the topic list based on where people get stuck.

Qualifications

Must-have:

• Background in applied math (ideally with some probability/stochastics) or physics — this makes picking up trading concepts faster.
• Can explain technical material clearly to people with no finance background; some teaching, tutoring, or training experience.
• Interest in markets and trading — you need to know the domain well enough to teach it, even without professional trading experience.
• Reliable and structured — this is a recurring weekly commitment.

Nice-to-have:

• University teaching experience (quantitative finance, econometrics, statistics, or related disciplines).
• Exposure to finance, trading, or quantitative analytics, academic or self-taught.
• Completion of a quant/trading bootcamp or similar structured program.
