About the team

We’re looking for a like-minded analyst to join our analytics team. For us, data is more than just dashboards and metrics — it’s the foundation for building our products and making informed decisions.

We’re currently building our analytics function from the ground up, and we’re looking for someone who’s excited to be part of that journey.

What you'll do

• Work closely with developers and DWH engineers on event tracking, data logging, and data architecture.
• Collaborate extensively with business stakeholders, product managers, and developers, providing data-driven recommendations for product development.
• Develop new metrics and improve existing ones.
• Conduct market and competitive research, analyze similar products, and tackle open-ended problems with a high degree of uncertainty.
• Build data marts using Trino and ClickHouse and create clear, actionable analytical reports in Redash.
• Run A/B tests using Trisigma after product launches and validate product hypotheses with data.

What we expect

• Strong SQL skills (we use Trino and ClickHouse).
• Proficiency with standard Python analytics libraries such as pandas, matplotlib, and seaborn.
• A solid understanding of statistical hypothesis testing and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with core machine learning algorithms and libraries, with the ability to apply them to analytical problems.
