What you'll do

• Building candidate generators and ranking models for search and recommendations (actively using LLM-generated labeling).
• Contributing to ML infrastructure: not just designing features, but also writing pipelines for feature computation and training data collection.
• Training content embeddings for multiple languages and finding ways to extract signal in cold-start conditions.
• Adapting search and recommendation technologies for different languages by developing multilingual NLP models.

What we expect

• You're more interested in building the product end-to-end than in improving individual models.
• You're ready to work on features end-to-end — not just training models, but also doing research, writing production code, and more.
• Experience in search, recommendations, or ad tech.
• Other experience with high-load DS services.
• Strong academic background with knowledge beyond ML — solid Computer Science fundamentals.
