A global fintech company is looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and campaign performance across Europe and Africa.
The role requires strong digital marketing expertise, regional market awareness, and the ability to adapt campaigns to different audiences, regulations, and commercial priorities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Manage paid advertising across Google, LinkedIn, and relevant local platforms.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, retargeting, and marketing automation.
- Coordinate content for websites, landing pages, social media, newsletters, and video.
- Localise messaging and creative materials for priority markets.
- Manage marketing calendars, budgets, reporting, and campaign performance.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis.
- Collaborate with sales, product, design, compliance, agencies, and external partners.
- Ensure marketing communications meet local regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital or integrated marketing.
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple countries or regions.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing, content strategy, and lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, CRM, and reporting tools.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Fluent English.
- Data-driven and commercially focused approach.
