We are looking for an experienced Head of Partnerships, EMEA, to lead and scale our Introducing Broker (IB) and referral partner network across the region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategy for growing the Introducing Broker (IB) and referral partner network across EMEA.
- Identify, attract, onboard, and manage high-value IBs, trading communities, and referral partners.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners and act as the main point of contact for strategic accounts.
- Drive client acquisition and trading volume through partner channels.
- Design and optimize partner engagement, activation, and retention initiatives.
- Analyze partner performance and define KPIs to maximize partner productivity and ROI.
- Monitor market trends, competitor programs, and opportunities within the fintech and online trading ecosystem.
- Work closely with Product, Trading, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve partner experience and support business growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities across the region.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, affiliate management, or IB management within fintech, brokerage, CFD, FX, crypto, or online trading industries.
- Strong understanding of Introducing Broker (IB) and referral business models.
- Proven track record of building and scaling partner networks that delivered measurable business results.
- Established network of traders, affiliates, IBs, or industry participants across EMEA.
- Deep understanding of the trading industry, client acquisition channels, and partner economics.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
- Strong commercial mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience working in fast-paced, international, and high-growth environments.
- Fluent English.
