HR & Culture Manager

Order Capital is an HFT company building automated trading systems for global markets. We combine quantitative research, machine learning, and low-latency engineering to improve trading performance. We are a team of engineers and researchers working on complex technical problems in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for an HR & Culture Manager to help shape, grow, and strengthen the culture as we expand and build new teams across different locations.

What you’ll focus on:

• Supporting employees throughout their entire journey at Order Capital, from their first day to everyday HR support and long-term employee experience.
• Managing HR operations, including visas, relocation support, health insurance, benefits, HR documentation, and other employee-related processes.
• Developing and strengthening company culture by fostering trust, respect, collaboration, and open communication. Supporting employees and managers in navigating challenging situations and resolving workplace conflicts.
• Planning and organizing internal events, team-building, and other initiatives that bring people together and strengthen our culture.
• Managing company merch and keeping the company look and style consistent.
• Continuously improving the employee experience by gathering feedback, identifying opportunities, and implementing meaningful improvements.
• Supporting cross-cultural collaboration and integration across teams and offices.
• Contributing to HR initiatives such as learning & development, career development frameworks, and other people-focused programs.
• Partnering with the HR Director and other teams to design and deliver HR initiatives and projects.

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, HR Generalist, or HR & Culture roles.
• Hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, HR administration, benefits, and employee support.
• Proven experience driving employee engagement, internal communications, or culture initiatives.
• Experience organizing internal events, team-building activities, and culture programs.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a strong focus on employee experience.
• Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken) & Russian.
