As a Middle/Senior AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our experimental and production AI initiatives. This is not a traditional R&D role—it's a dynamic blend of research, rapid prototyping, system thinking, and hands-on engineering execution. You’ll work across a range of emerging AI agent paradigms and tools, helping us validate product ideas through MVPs and PoCs before scaling them into robust systems.

We're looking for someone who is pragmatic, technology-agnostic, and obsessed with impact.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in the LLM-based projects.
• Develop end-user AI solution over data integration platform.
• Deliver env-independent solutions based on skills, MCP, and agent harness.
• Evaluate the agents.
• Find and test data providers.
• Research new approaches, technologies, services, etc. for applicability and implementation in the project.

What We're Looking For

• Deep AI Fluency: Strong grasp of LLM ecosystems (OpenAI/Anthropic), MCP server and skills development, and execution in different modes (Claude Desktop/Cowork/Live Artifacts/Client SDK/Managed Agents/Agents SDK, OpenAI API/Agents SDK).
• AI-assisted Engineering Tools: Daily use of Claude Code and Codex; own, manage and adopt project-level skills/subagents/MCPs.
• Builder’s Instinct: You’ve built tools, apps, agents, or experiments that get used fast. You know when to hack and when to architect.
• Strong Engineering Foundation: Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, any vector DB, and fluent in general web dev topics (OAuth/OIDC, REST/GraphQL, cookie/JWT, sync/async, RabbitMQ/Redis, HTTP/WebSockets).
• Startup Mentality: We value people with a high degree of agency. Bias toward action. Comfortable with ambiguity. Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and opportunities.
• Analytical & Outcome-Oriented: You treat experiments like hypotheses. You measure what matters and optimize for product value—not just a task closure.

Bonus Points

• Prior experience launching agent-based products or co-pilots.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks for demoing AI tools (e.g., Streamlit, CopilotKit).
• Experience of moving scaffolded ReAct agents to AI harness agents.
• Experience working in a startup or 0→1 product environment.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools and metrics tracking.
• Experience integrating AI tools with business systems (CRMs, back-office tools, etc.).
