Is an international IT company developing products for fintech, edtech, and analytics industries. Alongside product development, we help businesses grow with a full range of digital marketing services. We are looking for a Product Management Expert to join the team accountable for the Payments area across both Web and Mobile. The mission is to deliver the best possible trading conditions while keeping risk and abuse at controlled levels.

We expect you to

  • Build and evolve the payments domain across the entire customer journey: deposits, withdrawals, payment methods, payment routing, and payment infrastructure.
  • Drive integrations with payment service providers (PSPs), acquiring partners, Open Banking solutions, and alternative payment methods, ensuring a reliable and scalable payments ecosystem.
  • Shape payment experiences that maximize customer conversion while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, fraud prevention standards, and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure payment flows meet both business objectives and regulatory obligations.
  • Own key payment metrics: deposit conversion, approval rates, transaction success rates, withdrawal processing times, payment costs, fraud rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the consistency and reliability of payment processes, including transaction monitoring, reconciliation requirements, payment reporting, and audit readiness.
  • Continuously improve the payments platform by identifying bottlenecks, evaluating new providers and payment methods, optimizing customer journeys, and adapting to evolving market and regulatory conditions.

  • Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, including PSPs, card acquiring, bank transfers, SEPA, Open Banking, alternative payment methods, and payment orchestration.
  • Experience working in regulated financial environments such as brokerage, fintech, banking, payments, wealth management, or investment platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance-related processes, including AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, fraud prevention, sanctions screening, and financial crime controls.
  • Experience working with regulatory frameworks such as PSD2, MiFID, FCA, CySEC, EMI regulations, or similar financial services requirements.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions using payment and customer metrics, identify root causes of conversion or operational issues, and drive measurable improvements.
  • Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and aligning multiple stakeholders around shared goals and priorities.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, experimentation, and delivering incremental customer value while maintaining the reliability, security, and compliance of payment operations.
