About the role

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to own paid acquisition, performance digital channels, and funnel optimization. You'll join our marketing team and directly impact how we generate and convert qualified pipelines. We value ownership, measurement discipline, and consistent execution.

What you’ll do:

  • Paid acquisition: launch and optimize paid campaigns across relevant B2B channels, such as Google Ads, to generate qualified leads.
  • Performance reporting: track campaign performance and spend; deliver weekly/monthly reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Funnel optimization: improve the funnel from ad click to booked demo, strengthen the ad-to-landing message match, and fix CR bottlenecks.
  • Experiments: run and analyze tests across keywords, ad copy, landing pages, and channels to improve conversion rates.
  • Research: conduct keyword research and competitor analyses to turn findings into actionable hypotheses.
  • Tracking: maintain accurate UTMs and conversion tracking to ensure end-to-end visibility from source → lead → demo → trial.
  • Collaboration: work with the content, design, and sales teams on messaging, creatives, and lead quality to improve campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in digital/performance marketing (B2B SaaS is a plus).
  • Strong hands-on skills in Google Ads: keyword strategy, optimization, budgeting, and experimentation.
  • Data-driven: solid understanding of conversion funnels and ability to analyze data.
  • Analytics literacy: confident with GA4, ad platform reporting, and building clear performance reports.
  • Execution skills: ownership, speed, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • English (B2–C1): able to write clear ad copy and explain performance decisions.
  • Russian (C1): spoken and written (required to collaborate with the team).
  • Attention to detail: persuasive ad copy, clean campaign structure, and reliable reporting.
  • AI tools: use AI to speed up research and analysis while keeping outputs accurate.

Great to have (but it’s not mandatory):

  • CRO depth: experience improving web pages (funnel drop-off analysis and session recordings) and turning insights into a testing roadmap.
  • Deep research workflows: ability to combine competitor teardowns, SERP analysis, and user behavior signals into tests.
