They invite Business Analyst/Product Analyst in the Product Development direction CT Software.
CT Software
One of their key areas is the development of their own products based on the Salesforce platform and mobile applications that are tightly integrated with the Salesforce platform.
- They provide leading solutions to European markets for automating the activities of Pharmaceutical and CPG companies. With their fully offline application, the staff of client companies increases efficiency of their work, plans business meetings, evaluates stocks, negotiates, demonstrates presentations and prototypes, collects feedback and forms a knowledge base.

Product Development

- CT Mobile — an offline mobile app built to improve sales cycle performance and help you prioritize customer success.

Right now they are starting a new product that will change the way a vendor interacts with a customer, making Self-Service an option to a SalesRep and MedRep visit execution.

Responsibilities
- Plan, facilitate, and conduct requirements gathering sessions, meetings, and presentations.
- Map and understand client business requirements, determine client problems.
- Write product hypotheses along with product team.
- Test product hypotheses, lead customer interviews (Customer development).
- Describe features — how they should work and how they should look.
- Write product documentation: customer scenarios, business logic, UX diagrams etc.
- Identify and translate business needs into clearly defined requirements.
- Develop requirements documentation inclusive of user stories/ use cases, process flows, data flows and report mock-ups.
- Describe user personas.
- Analyze competitors using Feature Tables.
- Product demos, training sessions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as Business/Product Analyst or 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Fluent English, great writing skills, Advanced+ (C2).
- Building/maintaining/developing a metrics system.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Creative but critical thinking set of mind.
Nice to have:
- Expertise with enterprise software (ERP/CRM/E-commerce).
- Good knowledge or experience in the field of CPG (beverages) and/or consumer health and/or beauty, or related fields.
- Experience in USA/Europe market or international/global products.
- Experience with SalesForce.
- Experience in SalesRep/MedRep work process.
- Conducting A/B tests.
