Regional Marketing Lead (Africa)

A confidential financial platform entering selected African jurisdictions is looking for a senior marketing leader to shape regional growth strategy from the ground up.

This position is suited to someone who has worked directly within locally authorized financial services businesses and understands how customer acquisition, market positioning, and commercial growth differ across individual African markets.

The role will focus on building market-specific growth plans, establishing scalable acquisition channels, and navigating the practical realities of operating within local regulatory frameworks.

What this role will involve

• Designing market-entry and customer growth strategies for licensed local markets.
• Identifying effective regional acquisition opportunities and partnerships.
• Translating local market insight into commercial execution.
