You will
- Define and execute a regional business development strategy.
- Build strategic partnerships within locally regulated markets.
- Identify jurisdiction-specific growth opportunities.
- Support market launch and expansion under local licensing frameworks.
- Work closely with compliance, product, and executive leadership.
We expect
- 5+ years in senior business development or commercial leadership within fintech, brokerage, or financial services.
- Proven experience operating in locally regulated African or comparable emerging markets.
- Strong understanding of local business practices, regulatory landscape, and market-entry dynamics.
- Experience working with or within locally licensed financial institutions.
- An established regional commercial network is strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting regulated market launches.
- Strong understanding of regional partnership structures.
