Flipper Devices is a team of 70 people scattered across different corners of the world. We live in different time zones, but we are united by one goal — to create devices that inspire millions of enthusiasts around the world. We are currently working on our third product and are looking for people who are ready to become part of this story.

We are currently building BUSY — a unified ecosystem combining the BUSY Bar smart productivity multi-tool with the cross-platform BUSY App to help users stay focused and fight off notifications, social media, and all the other brainrot.

We are currently looking for a Product Owner who knows how to turn a mobile app into a habit, a growth engine, and a strong source of revenue. We need someone who understands how to grow a mobile product from the very first touchpoint all the way to subscription.

Responsibilities

• Shape product hypotheses and run experiments and A/B tests.
• Own the growth of the mobile app end-to-end.
• Improve onboarding, activation, and early user journeys.
• Drive retention and turn the product into a daily habit.
• Build and optimize the subscription model: paywall, offers, payment conversion, churn reduction.
• Find new growth and monetization opportunities.
• Work closely with design, engineering, analytics, and marketing.
• Make decisions based on data.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager in a mobile product with real traction.
• Strong understanding of product analytics and key metrics: activation, retention, LTV, conversion, churn.
• Experience working on onboarding, funnels, and user journeys.
• Understanding of subscription models and what drives their performance.
• Experience running experiments and validating hypotheses.
• Ownership: ability to take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.
• Ability to see the product through the user’s eyes, with strong UX/UI.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with B2C mobile apps.
• Experience with paywalls and subscription monetization.
• Understanding of growth strategy and product economics.
