Project Manager (Special Projects)

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Special Projects team to drive tier-1 priority cross-functional projects to results — from market entries, business development, and marketing to building internal IT products.

We work in High-Frequency Trading (HFT), solving complex problems at the intersection of technology, mathematics, and business. These problems have no off-the-shelf solutions, and we compete daily on quality and speed with the strongest teams in the world.

What you will own

• End-to-end project management: from defining the goal and decomposition through implementation and delivering business results.
• Research for management decisions: market, competitors, new approaches, validation of marketing and product hypotheses, development of new business initiatives.
• Launching new business initiatives: from researching locations for new offices and trademark registration to building internal IT products and developing the brand in CIS markets and abroad.
• Vendor selection and validation, negotiations, and management of external and internal project teams.
• Communication with stakeholders and the fund's top management: regular reporting, meetings, alignment on key decisions.
• Raising the quality bar:* continuously setting new standards for the entire team.
• Decision-making under high uncertainty: where there's no ready solution or clear specification.
• Process optimization and AI tool implementation in the team's workflow and your own projects.

What we expect from you

• 2.5+ years of end-to-end project management experience in marketing, strategy, research, or business development — at technology companies, strategy consultancies, or top marketing/bizdev/research agencies.
• Cross-functional experience — you haven't worked in a narrow role but have taken ownership of different parts of projects.
• You've driven results personally, not just coordinated processes.
• Confident command of project management tools — decomposition, budget, timelines, resources, risks; understanding of frameworks (Gantt, RACI, risk matrix, OKR) and the judgment to choose which ones to apply.
• Analytical mindset — you can work with data and metrics, have a basic understanding of statistics for decision-making, and are comfortable processing large volumes of information.
• Active use of AI in your work — not only for research and writing, but through cowork/code modes, automations, and integrations with other tools.
• English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.

Nice to have

• STEM background — bachelor's/master's degree, STEM-focused secondary education, courses, or university subjects (e.g., Python).
• Experience with full-cycle marketing, content or performance marketing, expertise in media, PR, or Telegram channels.
• Product management skills and experience leading the development of IT products.
• Experience working at international companies or in international markets.
• Scientific publications and experience preparing academic research.
• Knowledge of foreign languages beyond English.
