An international product IT company is looking for a Senior ITSM Compliance Specialist to help build transparent and reliable IT processes, ensure compliance with international standards, and strengthen the company’s compliance culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the ITGC framework.
  • Ensure IT processes comply with corporate standards and best practices (Incident/Problem/Change/Request/CMDB).
  • Participate in internal and external audits (ISO 27001, ISO 20000, SOC 2, SOX-ITGC).
  • Perform Test of Design and Test of Operating Effectiveness for IT controls.
  • Identify control gaps and develop remediation plans.

Monitor and analyze ITSM metrics

  • SLA/SLI/SLO.
  • Incident trends.
  • Change success rate.
  • CMDB data quality.
  • Prepare automated reports and analytical dashboards.
  • Participate in CAB/ECAB reviews.
  • Formalize processes, standards, and procedures.
  • Promote compliance culture across engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, SRE, Security, Finance, and Compliance teams.
  • Contribute to DRP/BCP initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in ITSM/IT Governance/IT Audit/IT Compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL v3/v4.

Hands-on experience with

  • Incident/Change/Problem Management.
  • CMDB.
  • ITGC controls.

Experience preparing for or supporting

  • ISO 27001/ISO 20000.
  • SOC 2.
  • SOX-ITGC audits.
  • Understanding of engineering infrastructure and IT controls.
  • Experience with Jira Service Management/Jira/GRC tools.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Grafana/Tableau/PowerBI).
  • Ability to formalize processes and write standards and procedures.

Nice to Have:

  • AWS/GCP/Azure experience.
  • Understanding of DevOps/SRE practices.
  • Experience automating compliance checks.
  • COBIT/ITIL MP.
  • CISA/CISM certifications.
