Talent Acquisition Manager

We are a technology-driven trading firm operating across the full stack – from strategy research to low-latency execution infrastructure. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to help us find and attract exceptional people in markets where strong candidates are limited and standard recruiting approaches rarely work.

What you'll be doing

• Leading end-to-end hiring processes for specialized technical and financial roles, including quantitative researchers, algo developers, traders, and similar profiles.
• Working closely with hiring managers to understand what the team actually needs, not just what's written in the brief.
• Building sourcing strategies and using less obvious channels beyond LinkedIn and job boards to reach strong candidates.
• Interviewing candidates and helping teams make thoughtful, well-calibrated hiring decisions.
• Managing relationships with external agencies for selected searches.
• Exploring tools and workflows that make hiring sharper, faster, and less operationally heavy.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including in-house hiring.
• Experience hiring for hard-to-fill roles in technically complex environments.
• Strong sourcing skills and the ability to engage high-quality candidates in competitive markets.
• Experience supporting hiring across multiple countries and distributed teams.
• Fluent English (C1 or higher), both written and spoken.
• Practical use of AI tools in day-to-day recruiting work – sourcing, research, outreach, screening, or automation.
• Comfort operating in environments where processes are still evolving.

Nice to Have

• Technical background – either through education or previous work experience.
• Experience in fintech, trading, or other technically complex environments.
• Experience in startup or fast-scaling environments.
• A well-developed professional network.
