You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle - from sourcing and engaging top talent to ensuring a smooth hiring and onboarding experience across multiple geographies and roles.

We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter who combines strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, results-driven approach. You’re curious about technology, enjoy working with engineers, and know how to build meaningful connections with technical talent. You thrive in a fast-paced, international environment, can prioritize independently, and work seamlessly with both recruiters and tech stakeholders.

What you will actually do

  • Partner with hiring managers and engineering teams to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Source and engage high-quality technical candidates across multiple geographies.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical background and overall fit.
  • Proactively approach and convert passive candidates through targeted outreach.
  • Provide market insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from first contact to offer stage.
  • Coordinate and optimize interview processes, including technical assessments.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and track key recruitment metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and employment regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies and hiring processes.
  • Support employer branding initiatives within the tech talent market.

Who we are looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in technical/IT hiring.
  • Proven track record of hiring for engineering and technical roles across different seniority levels.
  • Solid understanding of software development roles, technologies, and tech stacks.
  • Strong experience in direct sourcing and headhunting.
  • Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the tech talent market, including trends and salary benchmarks.
  • Ability to assess candidates’ technical backgrounds during initial screening stages.
  • Experience in regional or international hiring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
  • Positive, “can-do” attitude.

What we offer along the way

  • Competitive salary and annual performance bonus.
  • Full relocation support for you and your family — flights, housing, visas, and legal assistance included.
  • Top-tier health insurance with full family coverage — medical, dental, vision, mental health — plus life insurance for peace of mind.
  • Unlimited learning opportunities: external courses, English lessons, career and leadership development.
  • Education allowance covering school and kindergarten fees.
  • 21 working days of annual leave, plus public holidays and fully paid sick, maternity, and paternity leave.
  • Employee appreciation program: branded gifts, birthday day-offs, celebration budgets for weddings, newborns, and milestones.
  • "Get to know Team" trips — meet colleagues across our global hubs, along with company-wide offsites that raise the bar.
  • Employee share scheme — grow with us.
  • Branded MINI Cooper Countryman company car and private parking.
  • Free in-house sports clubs, Sanctum Club gym access, and jet skis.
  • Access to a Corporate doctor.
  • Exclusive discount program with cafes, gyms, and local services.
  • Expat tax perks: up to 50% income tax exemption.
  • Support with the naturalization process for relocated employees.
