IT Support Specialist (L1)

Our team creates and maintains modern infrastructure for a trading platform, ensuring reliable service operations. Currently, we are forming a dedicated technical support team to assist developers with incident resolution, monitoring, and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Technical support for users and developers.
• System monitoring using VictoriaMetrics, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Incident resolution and initial analysis of servers based on Linux OS.
• Basic network diagnostics.
• Automation of routine processes.
• Writing and updating technical documentation.
• Interaction with development and infrastructure teams.
• Incident resolution within SLA and escalation to appropriate teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in system administration or technical support (Linux, networks: TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and CI/CD processes.
• Skills in automating tasks using scripts (Bash, Python) and writing Ansible playbooks.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to develop and articulate technical solutions.
• Readiness to develop technical skills: interest in Kubernetes and cloud environments (AWS, Alibaba Cloud, etc.).
• Ability to find a balance between the ideal solution and urgency.
• English – B2+.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with OpenVPN, Kubernetes, or CI/CD.
• Experience interacting with development teams.
