Software Engineer - Go

• The team works within the GMT+0 to GMT+5 time zone.

We’re looking for a Software Engineers (Go) to join various teams, including: CRM, Antifraud, Origination Delivery, and others.

As a Software Engineer on these teams, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend services using Go. You’ll contribute to both the creation of new systems and the optimization of existing ones to improve performance and reliability. We're still in the early stages of our growth, so you'll have the opportunity to take real ownership, shape key features, and see the direct impact of your work in production.

• Participation in the architecture of backend services and development of a complex system using modern technologies.

What makes you a great fit

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering (Go).
• An interest in working closely with developers and a genuine desire to help them in their daily workflows.
• You love automating routine processes.
• Excellent proven knowledge of Go. Knowledge of other programming languages will be a great complement to your experience with Go.
• You enjoy writing high-quality tests and take a responsible approach to code quality.
• You have a strong understanding of how the technologies in our tech stack work.
• B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team.
• You’re genuinely interested in how AI pipelines are built and you actively use mainstream AI tools.
• Knowledge of English from B1 is required.
