Business Development Manager

Hey! We are Kupsilla, a global software development company. Currently, we are bringing to the market several exciting products and solutions around AI, business process automation, and the scientific ecosystem. We are looking for a Business Developer (junior to middle-level) to drive the sales of our products. We strictly need a "hunter," not a "gatherer."

This role offers a lot of opportunity to prove yourself and allow us to grow in this market. You will have the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies alongside highly competent team members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold outreach and active lead generation.
• Explore the market opportunities to go into and evaluate them.
• Close business and drive revenue.
• Network extensively and collect market intelligence.
• Follow established Russian business practices in contracting and accounting.

Requirements

• Junior to middle-level experience in business development.
• Background in B2B sales with deal cycles of 6–12 months.
• A proactive "Hunter" mindset.
• Solid grasp of the business landscape and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and ability to dive deep into things.
• Decent level of technical expertise.
• No strict domain preferences required.

Nice to have

• Experience selling technology solutions (COTS, services, or AI).
• Expertise in selling AI solutions or services.
