Operations Specialist (Trading)

We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team. The role combines operational support, monitoring, automation, and fast response to market and system events. The role is aligned with the Asian time zone (GMT+7 and nearby), so we’re ideally looking for someone based in or close to it.

Responsibilities

• Manage trading instruments within trading systems.
• Monitor system logs and respond to warnings and errors following established procedures.
• Build and maintain monitoring dashboards.
• Set up and manage alerts for market and system events.
• Monitor market news and react in a timely manner.
• Develop internal tools and services to automate operations workflows.
• Track key metrics and ensure smooth execution of transfers.
• Respond to trading and system alerts.
• Test and validate new instruments.
• Execute manual transfers when required.
• Collaborate with other teams on operational matters.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Level 3 technical support, trading analytics, or trade support roles.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python/Julia.
• Experience writing SQL queries, with solid understanding of joins, group by, and window functions.
• Ability to identify and cross-reference information from different sources and promptly report any detected anomalies.
• English level B2.
