We are entering a phase of accelerated growth: hiring globally, building new teams, and upgrading talent density. This requires a Senior HR Business Partner who can operate in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment and work closely with leadership to shape teams, not just support them.
It is a hands-on, high-impact position focused on developing people, scaling leaders, and building a strong internal talent pipeline.
What you will do
Partner with business leaders
- Act as a trusted advisor to founders and team leads on all people-related topics.
- Translate business needs into pragmatic HR solutions in real time.
Work with HiPo talent
- Identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees.
- Build structured growth paths for top performers.
- Drive internal mobility and talent density improvements.
Own the employee lifecycle end-to-end
- Oversee onboarding (ensure fast ramp-up and integration into teams).
- Manage performance review cycles (design, calibration, execution).
- Support career development and progression frameworks.
- Handle offboarding processes, including exit interviews and feedback loops.
Requirements
- Experience as an HR Business Partner in high-growth environments (fintech, tech, or similar).
- Proven ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
- Strong track record working with high-potential/high-performance teams.
- Hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding → development → exit).
- Experience building or adapting HR processes in fast-scaling companies.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making independent decisions.
- English proficiency at the C1+ level.
