QA Specialist — Odoo ERP

The role

We're looking for a detail-oriented QA Specialist to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of an Odoo ERP implementation. You'll work closely with developers, consultants, and business users to design and execute tests, catch issues early, and help deliver a seamless ERP experience to end users. English is the working language — clear written and verbal communication is essential across all teams.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and executing test cases across Odoo modules — Finance, Inventory, Sales, Procurement, and others
• Running functional, integration, and regression testing
• Validating customisations, configurations, and third-party integrations
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects; collaborating with developers and consultants to resolve them
• Verifying data migration accuracy and end-to-end workflow correctness across modules

What we're looking for

• Must-have:
• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, ideally with ERP systems
• Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Hands-on experience with ERP testing, API testing, and data validation
• Strong documentation and analytical skills

• Strong English, both written and spoken

• Nice to have:

• Direct experience with Odoo or the Odoo testing framework
• Knowledge of additional languages
