Product Manager — Internal ERP Platform

Our client is a well-established international technology distributor with over 30 years on the market, presence in 27 countries, and a network of around 20,000 active customers across 56 countries. The company operates at significant scale — revenue exceeding $3 billion — and continues to grow. The internal IT function supports a complex, multinational business, and this role sits at the heart of it.

The role

You will own the product roadmap for a core internal ERP system used across the organisation. This means working closely with C-level stakeholders to understand business priorities, translating them into clear requirements, and driving delivery end-to-end with engineering teams. The work is fast-paced and high-visibility — your decisions will directly impact how hundreds of people across multiple countries do their jobs. English is the working language. You will be expected to communicate clearly and confidently at all levels, from daily standups with developers to strategic conversations with senior leadership.

What you'll be doing

• Analysing operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation or process improvement.
• Leading requirements gathering and business analysis; documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translating business needs into product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Managing the full product lifecycle — discovery, planning, execution, delivery, and iteration.
• Facilitating alignment between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Working with C-level stakeholders to prioritise the roadmap and communicate progress.

What we're looking for

Must-have:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner on software projects.
• Proven ability to write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Comfortable discussing technical topics — APIs, data flows, system integrations — with engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong English, both written and spoken.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business/IT, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have:

• Business analysis experience.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts: LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, model limitations.
• Experience delivering products in automation, intelligent systems, or operational efficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems or internal tooling.
