The Role
We're looking for a hands-on, profit-driven General Manager to take the operational reins of the business and grow it to its next level. This is not a purely strategic role — you will be expected to lead by example, execute directly, and build systems that scale. You will report directly to the CEO and have 4 direct reports across revenue, finance, IT operations, and HR.
Within 12 months of demonstrating strong results, you will have a clear path to the CEO position. As a bootstrapped business, we reinvest profits into growth. You will be expected to prove economic performance before we expand the team — and you'll be given full support and coaching from the CEO to do so.
What You'll Own
Commercial Growth.
Identify the root causes limiting performance, build a plan, and lead the initiatives that unlock revenue and EBITDA growth.
B2C SaaS Operations.
Oversee recurring revenue growth, subscription management, and the full customer lifecycle in a consumer SaaS environment.
Performance Management.
Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards that keep the team aligned, accountable, and moving toward clear goals.
P&L Ownership. Take full financial accountability within 3–6 months. The CEO will provide coaching and support through the transition.
Culture & Standards. Set the bar for excellence, hold the team to it, and protect the culture that makes this company work.

Your Background
- 4+ years in a leadership role at a SaaS, tech, or IT company — ideally in a SaaS infrastructure environment.
- Experience running operations at a bootstrapped B2C SaaS company in the $1M–$5M ARR range.
- 3+ years leading remote, distributed teams across multiple cultures and time zones.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing and growth of a B2C SaaS product, owning the full user journey.
- Strong grasp of core SaaS metrics: MRR, CAC, LTV, churn, and subscription funnel dynamics.
- 2+ years of direct P&L ownership with measurable outcomes.
