Product Manager/Product Owner

With ongoing product growth, we’re looking for a Product Manager to join a European regulated broker. We offer a fully remote role in a team without hierarchy or micromanagement. Each team member is empowered to make decisions and directly influence the product.

Responsibilities

• Shape and develop product strategy within your domain together with the team.
• Conduct user research and analyze customer behavior and needs.
• Identify growth opportunities and formulate hypotheses.
• Plan and launch product improvements (features, optimizations, experiments).
• Evaluate outcomes using metrics, data, and user feedback.
• Work with key product metrics.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and analysts to deliver solutions.
• Consider regulatory requirements and financial market specifics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in trading, B2C fintech, or payments.
• Experience working in the European market.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
• Hands-on experience in product discovery and hypothesis validation.
• Solid understanding of the product lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Experience building and managing unit economics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English.
