How we work
Our product is divided into several customer-centric areas and our product teams focus on different areas while working together — as a team of teams — to drive the whole product success. These teams are fully cross-functional, able to autonomously deliver customer value and get direct feedback from users. They own the full end-to-end lifecycle, including discovery, delivery, evolution, tools, infrastructure, and setting priorities.
Teams are self-managing — there are no predefined roles or power hierarchy and peers collectively decide how to organize work both within and across teams. Our leaders do not have operational power — instead, they coach teams fostering psychological safety and feedback exchange, stimulating strong teamwork and accountability.
The scope
Join one of product teams with the main mission to co-create a great product in collaboration with neighbour teams. With that purpose, your team (expanding into a group of teams) focuses on creating the best-in-class trader’s experience from our trading product discovery, evaluation and onboarding to managing it on Web and Mobile.
The role
Lead through influencing your teammates and neighbour teams with your extensive expertise and experience to ensure high-quality product management, including:
- The product vision, goals, and metrics.
- The quality product discovery with client research, synthesizing insights, and turning them into clear problems and opportunities.
- The definition of small, testable, increments of complete customer value and validating assumptions about priorities, requirements and solutions.
- Regular re-prioritisation and re-planning based on the feedback on the completed increments, market and regulatory conditions.
Contribute to the product development with your secondary skills if your team needs that.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management in B2C FinTech with direct exposure to external customers.
- Strong experience in product discovery and customer onboarding with funnel optimization, building customer journey including personal area.
- Ideally — experience in UX/UI.
- Strong experience working with modern Agile product development approaches.
- Skills in market, competitive, and customer research, and in defining customer value proposition.
- Experience validating hypotheses via interviews, experiments, and data, shaping all changes as testable assumptions within constraints (compliance, security, etc.).
- Ability to define, measure, and interpret product metrics and goals with the direct business-mission-impact.
- Ability to maximize product value and transparency through prioritizing a single backlog combining various change types including customer features, tech debt, compliance, security and other internal improvements.
- Strong teamwork and collaborative decision-making experience in peer-to-peer environments.
