Senior Business Development Manager

Modeller — next-gen AI platform for automated ML model building. From raw data to production-ready models in minutes, not months. Prompt-to-model approach. We work with data-rich businesses: fintech, e-commerce, logistics, HR-tech, and beyond. Now looking for a Senior BDM to build and scale our commercial function from the ground up.

What you’ll do:

• Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: from prospecting to signed contracts.
• Leverage your network to open doors and generate pipeline fast.
• Define and execute go-to-market strategy for new markets and segments (B2B, mid-market, enterprise).
• Build strategic partnerships: integrators, data consultancies, SaaS ecosystems.
• Lay the foundation for a future sales team — processes, CRM, playbooks, metrics.
• Work closely with a lean product team (4 engineers) to shape positioning and feedback loops.

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years in B2B sales or business development, ideally in SaaS, data, or tech.
• Strong existing network in target industries (fintech, e-commerce, logistics, or similar).
• Hands-on builder mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and zero-to-one work.
• Fluent English — we’re expanding internationally.
• Bonus: experience hiring and leading small sales teams.
