Product Engineer (DevOps)

We’re looking for a Product Engineer (Infrastructure & DevOps) to join our Product Development team working across both Web and Mobile products. The mission is to deliver the best possible customer experience in users account management.

We expect you to

• Drive teams operating & security loop: SLO/SLI, alerting/monitoring, incident response, IAM/least privilege, vulnerability management, data resilience.
• Drive safe delivery: CI/CD, quality gates, config management, safe delivery (flags/blue-green/canaries), rollbacks.
• Own runtime foundation: cloud managed services, on-prem Linux hosts, containerization/orchestration, secrets/certs lifecycle, dynamic and static environments, regulatory infrastructure compliance.
• Own edge, network, and app gateways: CDN acceleration, WAF, L4/L7 balancing, DNS, TLS, routing and network policies, communications middleware (SMTP relays).
• Drive performance improvements: profiling, low-latency optimizations, capacity planning and compute elasticity. Bottlenecks identification in databases/caches/queues based on customers experience.

• Strong platform engineering experience: designing and operating Linux-based runtimes, cloud and container platforms, including environments, secrets/certificates lifecycle.
• Production-grade operation experience for internet-facing apps: CDN/WAN acceleration, DNS routing, SSL/TLS, L4/L7 ingress, traffic protection (caching, rate limiting, WAF/DDoS).
• Data resilience experience: replication and failover, backup & restore procedures for databases, caches, and queues.
• Performance engineering experience: network and compute latency optimizations, horizontal/vertical scalability, capacity planning in compute & network.
• InfraSec & compliance experience: IAM/least privilege, vulnerability management, host hardening, network segregation, audit trails, infrastructure compliance controls.
• Fluent English: daily communication in international teams, technical discussions, documentation.
