Who We Need
The team is responsible for the company's CRM system and the automation and improvement of customer and user interaction processes.
Chatbots, voice bots, telephony, AI, and ML are the areas we will be working with.
Job Responsibilities
- Testing backend and frontend (50/50).
- Writing test documentation and keeping existing documentation up to date.
- Writing and maintaining automated tests (after the probationary period) using Python + Playwright.
- Reporting bugs and verifying fixes.
- Participation in all team activities (sprint planning, task estimation, retrospectives, stand-ups).
- Weekly duties within the QA team: handling escalated requests from technical support, identifying issues, and logging bugs.
Key Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a QA Engineer.
- Proficiency with Test Management Systems (TMS).
- Practical experience in REST API testing and automation using tools like Swagger and Postman.
- Hands-on experience with bug-tracking systems, specifically YouTrack.
- Solid experience in web application testing.
- Knowledge of SQL for database querying and validation.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Experience working with traffic inspection and proxy tools such as Charles, Fiddler, or Proxyman.
- Strong skills in log analysis and troubleshooting.
- Comprehensive understanding of core QA processes, including test planning, test design, defect lifecycle management (isolation, tracking, verification), release management, effort estimation, collaboration with technical support, and incident management.
- Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
