C++ Engineer

We are a well established HFT firm with a long track record of profitable trading, disciplined engineering, and a deeply technical culture. Our success is built not on hype, but on careful thinking, elegant systems, and people who enjoy solving hard problems properly.

We are expanding several core engineering teams and are looking for C++ Engineers who value correctness, performance and intellectual honesty.

The engineering environment

• Market Connectivity - ultra-low latency exchange gateways, protocol implementations, wire-level optimizations.
• Emulation & Simulation - deterministic replay, exchange modelling, strategy testing at scale.
• Trading Infrastructure - high-performance core systems that support research, execution, and risk in real time.

What you will do

• Design and build performance-critical systems in modern C++.
• Work close to the hardware, the OS, and the network stack.
• Solve problems where microseconds, determinism, and correctness truly matter.
• Take part in thoughtful technical discussions - ideas matter more than titles.
• Improve existing systems with care, not rewrites for the sake of novelty.

What we look for

• Strong experience with C++ in performance-sensitive environments.
• Solid understanding of systems programming (memory, concurrency, CPU behaviour).
• A preference for clean, well-reasoned solutions over clever hacks.
• Intellectual curiosity and the ability to explain why something works.
• Experience in HFT, low-latency trading, or similarly demanding domains is a plus, but not a prerequisite.

• Base salary of $6,000 - 12,000 USD per month and we are always happy to go beyond stated ranges for truly strong engineers.
