We are looking for a skilled Product Designer to join a new team. We’re building a new product from scratch, a complex web and mobile application for the LATAM market. The product is in pre-launch stage, and you’ll join the team at a moment where design decisions truly matter. Challenges that await you
Design end-to-end user flows for a complex product - web & mobile.
Own UI quality: from concepts to polished, production-ready designs.
Work closely with product managers and engineers to launch the product.
Actively participate in discovery and solution shaping.
Prepare clear specs and deliver strong dev handoff.
Defend design decisions.
Work within a dedicated product team.
What makes you a great fit
3+ years of experience in product design for both mobile and web in complex products: B2B, fintech, platforms, enterprise or similar.
A strong portfolio showcasing B2B-related products, or similarly complex financial tools.
Proven UI skills.
Solid product thinking and ability to work with ambiguous problems.
Confidence working with engineers and handling handoff properly.
Ability to move fast, take ownership, and push beyond "good enough."
B2 English level for effective communication with an international team.
